CCTV appeal after criminal damage and threatening behaviour in Weymouth

Dorset Police Officers are issuing a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with criminal damage and threatening behaviour in Weymouth.

It is reported that on Monday 2 October 2023 at around 1.15pm, a man caused damage to a bus shelter outside the Rendezvous bar and nightclub in St Edmund Street. When challenged by a member of the public, it is reported that the man made threatening remarks of violence toward the person.

Police Constable Charles Andrews, of Weymouth police, said: “I am continuing to investigate these incidents and have now obtained a CCTV image of a man I would like to identify.
“I would ask anyone who recognises him to please contact Dorset Police.”
