Commonwealth Flag Raised Outside Weymouth Town Council

Weymouth Mayor and Town Clerk welcomed guests outside the Town Council buildings this morning to raise the Commonwealth flag.

A lot warmer and drier than our last outing with the mayor, Cllr Huckle and the video footage is of the full ceremony including a special message on HRH Queen Elizabeth II in her special jubilee year.

Sadly due to broadcast restrictions meant we were unable to broadcast the event live. The armed forces and veterans attended , along with councillors and former mayors. (Additional Pictures Below)
