Online Webinar For BCP Council Issues And Options Consultation

BCP Council wants to know your views in its ongoing Issues and Options Consultation, which is part of the process in developing a draft Local Plan for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.

The consultation, which now closes on Friday 25th March 2022 at midnight, is a chance for everyone to have their say. The Issues and Options Document explains the key issues for the council to address and provides an opportunity for people to tell the council how they feel it should respond.
The evening online webinar is on Thursday 3rd March 2022 between 6pm-7pm to find out more, if you missed the drop-in events at the libraries.
You can go online to complete the survey at: haveyoursay.bcpcouncil.go.uk/LocalPlan and you can email the Planning Policy team at: bcplocalplan@bcpcouncil.gov.uk and you still have time to write to the Planning Policy Team, BCP Council, PO Box 9548, Bournemouth, BH1 9ET.
The new Local Plan will set out the strategy for how much, where and that type of development will take place across the area until 2038. The consultation is complex, but residents are encourage to consider the topics most important to them as the process will shape the future of the BCP area.
