As you're aware, we organise a variety of extra events such as bingo nights, trivia quizzes, lively discos, and much more, all aimed at supporting the continued operation and growth of Chesil Radio. These events not only serve as a source of funding but also foster a sense of community and engagement among our listeners and supporters. With this in mind, we are excited to announce that our very own Nikki, known for her voice behind the mic at the station, will now be hosting her legendary quiz at two popular venues in Weymouth. Each quiz night promises to be an exciting and interactive experience, featuring a range of challenging questions that will test your knowledge across various categories, from pop culture to history, and everything in between. Participants can look forward to not only competing for fantastic prizes but also enjoying the camaraderie of fellow quiz enthusiasts. The venues are welcoming our Nikki, and you perhaps even discover a new favourite spot in Weymouth. Whether you're a seasoned quizzer or a newcomer looking to join in the fun, Nikki's quizzes are designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for all. The Boot Inn in Weymouth, last night was first host, and will be back on the 28th October with a Halloween themed quiz. Fancy dress encouraged, but optional, however our Nikki will be in "spirited" fashion.

Starting in early November, Nikki revisits a venue that holds a special place in her heart, as it was where she first collaborated with Roger Mac. The duo returns with Nikki's quiz followed by Roger's renowned karaoke. Their first event is on bonfire night at The Gloucester on Weymouth's seafront.

Nikki has been hosting quizzes for many decades, although as she was told last night, she doesn't look a day over 30!!

Get ready to flex those brain muscles and show off your random knowledge, because quiz nights are coming at you on a fortnightly basis, with one quiz a week being hosted by Nikki! Trivia buffs, prepare for some friendly cerebral combat as Nikki takes the helm at two top-notch spots: The Boot and The Gloucester. We’ve got a schedule that’s more exciting than a rollercoaster ride, alternating between these two hotspots so you can soak in their unique vibes. Every other Tuesday, make your way to The Boot. Here, you can sip and dazzle everyone with your trivia prowess. Then, just when you think you've mastered it all, the quiz hops over to The Gloucester on the following Wednesday. The perfect backdrop for another round of brainy battles.
